Footly is a verified adult platform
Footly is for adults 18 and older. Creators must complete secure third-party age and identity verification before selling. Safety rules apply to buyers, creators, messages, uploads, purchases, and custom requests.
Privacy basics
• Your private information is not public: Verification, billing, payout, and account security details are not shown on your public profile.
• You control your public profile: Your username, display name, bio, profile images, and posted content are the public-facing parts of your account.
• Keep personal details out of content: Avoid showing addresses, IDs, mail, school or workplace details, license plates, windows, location clues, and private social accounts.
• Use Footly messages: Keeping communication on Footly helps with records, safety review, and support.
Allowed content
• Content must be legal, consensual, and created by or properly authorized by the person selling it.
• Footly allows legal, consensual adult content from verified adult creators, including foot-related content, nude photos, nude videos, and other general adult content. Footly is not limited to feet content.
• Captions, previews, paid posts, PPV messages, and custom request deliveries must follow Footly rules.
Not allowed
• Content involving minors or anyone who is not verified and authorized where required.
• Non-consensual content, harassment, coercion, threats, stalking, or doxxing.
• Illegal activity, extreme violence, hate, impersonation, stolen content, or intellectual property violations.
• Off-platform payment requests or attempts to move purchases, subscriptions, tips, or custom requests away from Footly.
• AI-generated or AI-altered content where prohibited by Footly policy.
Safe buying
• Review the creator profile, captions, previews, and pricing before purchasing.
• Do not ask creators to break Footly rules or move payment off-platform.
• Keep records in Footly messages when discussing custom requests.
• Report suspicious behavior, impersonation, stolen content, or pressure tactics.
Safe creating
• Only upload content you created or have the rights to sell.
• Use previews and smart blur to protect paid material while still showing quality.
• Confirm custom request scope, price, and timing before accepting.
• Do not share private contact information or payment handles in your bio, captions, or messages.
• Keep copies of your own content and track what you agree to deliver.
Reporting issues
If something seems unsafe or against Footly rules, contact support from Settings > Get support or email [email protected].
Include as much detail as you can:
• Usernames or profile links.
• Post links, message context, or order IDs.
• Screenshots if available.
• Charge date, amount, and payment details for billing issues.
• A short summary of what happened and what outcome you need.
Account deletion
• You can delete your account from settings.
• If you have active subscriptions, purchases, custom requests, payouts, or disputes, contact support before deleting so the team can review anything still in progress.
• Deleting an account may affect access to profile features and account records.
Purchased content license
Purchased content is for personal use only. Do not repost, resell, redistribute, publish, leak, or share creator content outside Footly.
When in doubt
• If a request feels unsafe, do not accept it.
• If a buyer or creator asks to move off Footly, keep the conversation on-platform and report it if needed.
• If you are unsure whether content is allowed, ask support before posting or purchasing.
