Create your Footly account and verify your email

How to sign up, choose a username, verify email access, and get ready to browse or sell on Footly.

Creating a Footly account is the first step for both buyers and creators. Use an email address you control, choose a username you are comfortable sharing, and finish any required verification before you try to buy, sell, or message.

Before you start

Use your own email address: Support and security notices are sent to the email on your account.

Choose a username carefully: Your username can appear in your public profile link, messages, and account activity.

Keep privacy in mind: Avoid legal names, phone numbers, home cities, or personal handles you do not want connected to Footly.

Footly is 18+: You may be asked to complete age or identity verification depending on how you use the platform.

How to create an account

• Go to Footly and choose the sign up option.

• Enter your email address, username, and password.

• Review the terms and age requirements before continuing.

• Open the verification email from Footly and follow the link or code provided.

• Return to Footly and confirm that you can access your account settings.

If the verification email is missing

Check spam and promotions folders: Verification emails can sometimes be filtered by email providers.

Confirm the email address is spelled correctly: A typo can prevent you from receiving the message.

Wait a few minutes: Email delivery is usually quick, but it can occasionally be delayed.

Request another verification email: If Footly offers a resend option, use it once before contacting support.

What to do next

Buyers: Browse public creator profiles, follow creators you like, and review prices before purchasing.

Creators: Complete verification, set up your profile, choose a creator plan, and prepare your first public teaser or offer post.

Everyone: Open Settings and check that your email, username, and support access look correct.

When to contact support

Contact Footly support through Settings > Get support if you cannot sign in, cannot verify your email, created the wrong account type, or see account activity you do not recognize.
