Navigating Footly

A quick guide to the main areas of Footly for buyers, viewers, and creators.

Footly is built so viewers can discover creators, follow profiles, message sellers, and purchase content, while creators can post, price, promote, and build relationships with buyers.

Main areas to know

Home or feed: browse recent activity, discover content, and see creator updates.

Discover: find creators or buyers depending on your account type and what you are trying to do.

Profile: view and edit your public presence, posts, paid content, and profile link.

Messages: chat with viewers, creators, buyers, or potential buyers.

Settings: manage account details, support, notifications, and app preferences.

For buyers and viewers

• Follow creators you like so you can return to their profiles easily.

• Read paid post descriptions before purchasing.

• Message creators politely if you have questions about a collection, video, or custom request.

• Use your Following page to find accounts you already follow.

• Use support from Settings if you have an account, purchase, or access issue.

For creators

Post public teasers. Public posts help buyers understand your style before paying.

Create paid full collections and videos. Your paid content should feel complete and clearly described.

Use messages. Communicating with viewers and potential buyers can turn interest into purchases.

Use buyer discovery. The buyer discover page can help you find potential buyers to reach out to with a friendly, respectful message.

Update your profile regularly. A stale or empty profile gives buyers fewer reasons to trust the purchase.

Navigation tips

• On mobile, common actions may live behind icons, tabs, or the Settings page.

• On desktop, use the larger layout to review your profile, posts, and messages more quickly.

• If you feel lost, return to Settings and use support for help from the Footly team.
